Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between house clearance and rubbish removal?
House clearance covers emptying an entire property, including furniture, household contents and personal belongings. Rubbish removal covers clearing waste, bulky items and clutter without clearing the whole property. We provide both, and many jobs are a mix of the two.
Do I need to be at the property during the clearance?
Not always. Many customers are present for the start and then leave us to it. For probate and inherited properties, we are happy to work with solicitors or family members acting on your behalf.
What happens to the items you remove?
Contents are sorted after leaving the property. Items that can be reused or recycled are handled responsibly, and anything of value or sentimental importance is discussed with you beforehand.
